Cozy house with soul:) Large garden and great views! Quiet neighborhood - little noise and turmoil even if it's close to downtown. Under 5 min walk to beach, shop, park, cafe, pub and gym. 30 min to surf beaches Hodddevik and Ervik. About an hour from shopping center, opera house, cinema and ski center. A small boat/kayak trip in the island of Selja and the monastery facility. Great light set staircase and hiking trail about right behind the house. Lots of fantastic mountain hikes nearby. 5 hr boat ride selje-Bergen The space Guests can benefit from the entire house except dark loft and basement. (basement has only own entrance) Also, no access to an outhouse. Eiger/host may come to pick up things from the basement and outbuildings and possibly work in the garden during the rental period. Please let me know in advance. Can use fridge and all kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils in the kitchen, games in the brown box/chest in the living room and towels in the bathroom if needed.
