Cozy house with soul :) Large garden and great views! Quiet neighborhood - little noise and disturbance even if it is close to the city center. Less than 5 min walk to beach, shop, park, cafe, pub and gym. 30 min to surfing beaches Hodddevik and Ervik. About an hour from the shopping center, opera house, cinema and ski resort. A small boat/kayak ride from the island of Selja and the monastery complex. Great illuminated stairs and hiking trail almost right behind the house. Many amazing mountain hikes nearby. 5 h boat trip Selje-Bergen The space Guests can enjoy the whole house except for the attic and basement. (basement only has its own entrance) No access to the outhouse either. The owner/host may come to pick up things from the basement and outhouse and possibly work in the garden during the rental period. Will then give notice in advance. You can use the fridge and all kitchen utensils in the kitchen, games in the brown box/chest in the living room and towels in the bathroom if needed (detergent to wash clothes). Otherwise, drawers and cabinets are private. Guest access You can park outside the house Other things to note Beds: Bedroom 1: double bed. (150*200) Bedroom 2: Double bed (180*200) With a small room inside this room. There is a workbench and clothes hanger. Bathtub on the 1st floor Shower on the 2nd floor! NOTE! No long showers! This can result in leakage. Please be careful :) It is important not to have an open window if you are away for a long time. Due to wind and rain. There is a piano you can use. And TV downstairs.
