The space LOCATION Situated right next to a natural reserve (the Botanical Gardens), yet within 15-mins walking distance to downtown San Miguel, guests get to enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature without sacrificing convenience and proximity to all the city has to offer; the best of both worlds! VILLA ACCESS With this option, you will have complete access to the entire villa during your stay. If you'd like, the villa hosts can remain on the property during your stay to address any needs and special requests you may have, but by default you will have the entire villa for yourself and your companions. NUMBER OF GUESTS The villa can comfortably host 8 people, up to a maximum of 12. Groups larger than 8 will be charged an extra nightly fee for every additional guest from the 9th guest onwards. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Check-in is available from 1pm onwards. The villa host or representative will greet you upon arrival, show you around the villa, and answer any questions you may have. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance, to ensure a smooth check-in process. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE Check-out is at 11am on departure day. Late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability, at an additional charge. The villa host or representative will be there at check-out to inspect the villa and return your security deposit. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is provided between 8am-2pm. BEDROOMS The villa has 4 independent bedrooms separated by a pond from the main house, and each bedroom comes with its own private garden, private workspace, and ensuite bathroom, offering every guest plenty of privacy and personal space. The minimalist, Scandinavian-style decor creates a bright, spacious atmosphere, and the luxurious, fine-cut wood furniture gives each room an air of elegance and refinement. The ensuite bathrooms come with walk-in showers, bathtubs, and walls finished in Moroccan Tadelakt. SHARED AREAS The spacious, cleverly designed common areas provide both the opportunity to mingle and meet with other guests, as well as ample space to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings in solitude. This way, you can always choose to spend time alone or be social, as you like :) The bedrooms and shared areas have been designed to optimize the harmonious integration of interior and exterior spaces, such that there is always fresh air, plenty of light, and beautiful panoramic views all around. The use of the Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounge, Rooftop area and other facilities listed below are shared between all guests. The spa facilities in the villa offer guests the option to detox through hydrotherapy, and we provide daily complimentary green smoothies packed with superfoods to complement the hydrotherapy treatment. The combined, cumulative effect of these treatments generates physical purification and mental relaxation. Furthermore, this sanctuary is built with natural and traditional materials that allow the walls to breathe, and maintain an environment free of artificial pollutants. Energetic balancing is provided throughout all spaces via a Zisano energy chip, neutralizing negative radiation and enhancing sleep quality. HEATING & VENTILATION In the cold season, underfloor heating is available in all spaces including bedrooms and bathrooms, so guests can comfortably walk barefoot throughout the property. In hot weather, minisplits keep the interior spaces cool and breezy. This way, guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures all year round. The bedrooms also come equipped with gas heaters for additional warmth if needed during the colder nights. PETS The property has no in-house pets. We welcome well-behaved pets, though unfortunately we do not accept cats due to allergy reasons. Pets incur an additional cost of 500 MXN per pet per night, payable in cash/credit card upon arrival. Dog bowls are available, and the neighborhood is very friendly for dog-walking. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only. Please use the provided ashtray to dispose of used cigarettes. - No parties are permitted - No loud noises after 11pm, as the villa is located in a residential area next to a natural reserve - Small, coordinated gatherings and daytime visitors are allowed, with consent from the host - No extra overnight guests may stay in the villa without arranging this with the host - Any damages to the property will incur additional costs
