He wrote the novel True Grit. Guest access The only shared area is the laundry room. It's located at the ground level on the left rear of the building. It most likely will be used by the property manager around noon to mid-afternoon, but you are welcome to use it, too. Private parking is available (but not guaranteed) for one vehicle in the rear of the building, or you may park in the street (free).
