Sprawling cabin with easy skiing & amazing views

Bring the whole family to this spacious 2,000sqft cabin for fun & relaxation. On clear days, Denail can be viewed from our street (or the top of the playground if you're adventurous!) Minutes from Flat Top, our cabin is one street away from Chugiak National Park. Ski there from our back yard, or choose numerous other trails close by, and we are only 15 minutes from the grocery store! If relaxation is your goal, relax in the living room with an electric fireplace and view the cook inlet! The space Our property sits on two acres surrounded by an additional undeveloped 17 acres. Easy Ski to flattop up the powerline trail. Guest access A downstairs apartment with its own entrance. Other things to note We do have children and so price our place accordingly. They are active between 5-8:30 PM. Mainly footsteps can be heard in the living room and kitchen. We do try to keep them at a respectful level of noise when we have guests.
