Newly built accommodation (2021) for up to 4 people in the quiet and seaside district Skreanäs in Falkenberg. Walking distance to the sea and with wonderful nature around the corner. Falkenbergs Golfklubb is located in the immediate area (approx. 2 km). Well equipped accommodation including washer and dryer for a pleasant and longer stay. The space High standard and cozy furnishings. Underfloor heating in all rooms and comfortable lighting with many settings. Well-equipped kitchen where several of the basic items for cooking are available. The bedroom offers good storage and a high quality double bed for good sleep. Bathroom with good storage and equipped with both washer and dryer. TV in both bedroom and living room. Own courtyard for cozy summer evenings. The cleaning fee refers to cleaning after check-out, sheets and towels. Feel free to place sheets and towels on the floor in the bathroom before you leave the accommodation. There is also a cot available but then you must notify us in advance. High chair is also available. Guest access Parking just outside the accommodation. A few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. About 15 minutes walk to the sea.
