Winter Rental in the heart of Park City

This house is close to everything: 2 (steep) blocks to Town Run, one block from Main Street. Not ideal for small children. Pets allowed by special arrangement. One bay of 2-bay garage available. The space 3 bedrooms, each with a King bed, ensuite bath & TV Eat-in kitchen with sitting area Media room with wet bar Workout area with rowing machine, stationary bike, weight machine There is an office with kitchenette & separate entry that we intend to lock-out so we can store our personal effects. Guest access There is a free around-town bus system & we recommend you "leave the driving to the locals". Other things to note There is filtered drinking water on 2 of the 3 kitchen faucets, at the media room wet bar and at the water bottle filling machine in the garage. There is a button on the side of the faucet at the little round sink in the kitchen and the identical faucet at the media room bar. The filtered water comes out of a dedicated spout on these two faucets. ;) Please wipe down the washing machines after use and leave the doors slightly ajar when not in use.
