Upstairs a spacious king master bedroom. Double guest room with a smart TV and wardrobe and a third twin/double room. All bedrooms have comfort mattresses, hotel quality linens and bath sheets. A family bathroom with a shower and bath, along with a separate downstairs cloak. Faith in Nature toiletries are provided for use during your stay. The expansive garden at Kings Cottage includes a charming orchard, providing a picturesque setting for outdoor dining. Guest access The whole property and garden are for guest use. Kings Cottage prioritizes neighbourly respect, making it unsuitable for parties. Limited to two cars. Gated parking accommodates one large or two small cars. There is a VoltShare EV charging point. This is accessible. You do need to download the app and to bring your own charger cable. Asecure bike shed is accessible. Other things to note "We do have quiet hours between 8am and 10pm in respect of our neighbours. The twin room can be made as a king on request. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Dogs allowed for a small fee. We can provide a travel cot and high-chair on request."
