Small Attic

"Petit Grenier"..or small attic, is located in the enchanting city of Este, at the foot of the Euganean Hills. This small penthouse located in Piazza Maggiore, the heart of the historic center and elegant living room of the city, offers a unique and unparalleled panoramic view. Exposed beams and skylights make the environment very welcoming and bright and the oak flooring completes the work (CIN IT028037C2EVWGWQOI) The space The very bright attic consists of a space divided into two levels. On the first level, we find the open-plan living area consisting of a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. On the second level (mezzanine) we find a small study, reading corner, walk-in closet, double bedroom area, and bathroom. Guest access Each guest has free access inside the apartment. At check-in, I provide parking information (paid parking in permitted spaces), in front of the entrance there is a parking space to allow loading and unloading of luggage for a maximum of 15 minutes. Both check-in and check-out are carried out by me personally. Other things to note Switching air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Italian Presidential Decree No. 74 of 04/16/2013, Italian Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 10/06/2022). Summer: The average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types. Winter: The weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
