The space Blaithwaite house is a generous Georgian Country House, with private gardens, lawns and hot tub, but with shared access to over 80 acres of Blaithwaite Estate with play areas, free crazy golf, woodland walks and endless space for exploring with our having to leave Blaithwaite estate. Bookable activities are available too such as Woodland warrior Lasertag ( think paint ball without the pain!) and bushcraft activities. Located Right on edge of the Lake-district there is so much to do you’ll never be bored. Ideal for those great outdoors lovers. Guest access Guests have 8 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 22 and the full lower floor of the mansion house for their sole use. ( one wing of the upper floor will be locked and NOT USED by any other persons) as the property can sleep 40 when hired as a whole. Air B&B listing is just the 8 bedrooms as advertised. There is a private terrace with PRIVATE hot tub and front lawns including ornamental water with ornate summer house at the bottom of the huge gardens for guests sole use. Other things to note 2 pets are allowed at the property but please clean up any mess and have them on a lead at all times when on the Estate. Please clean up before you leave including all rubbish out to the central estate bins and washing up done etc. Please treat our 6 generational family home as your own. Please note their is an ornamental pond with beautiful summer house right at the bottom of the garden. Please do not allow children in this area unattended, and do not fish or swim in the pond.
