We are located 1.8 miles from Northern Michigan University, 2 miles to Sugarloaf mountain, >1 mile to NTN and Harlow Lake hiking and biking trails, and 5 miles to Presque Isle. The space The home features 2 good sized bedrooms each with a queen bed, and one bathroom. Get cozy in the spacious living room with an electric fireplace and comfy couch. There is a large deck for enjoying the northern Michigan outdoors, and a fenced in backyard for your pup to run and play. The house also features main floor laundry and mudroom, and an updated kitchen with open concept to the dining area.
