Our bungalow, Oban, is in a great location on the edge of the Lake District. We are just five minutes from the beach with views up the Duddon Estuary with the glorious backdrop of the Cumbrian Fells. It is ideal for families who enjoy the outdoor life as there are so many walks just locally or in the Lakes. Your pets are very welcome but we need to warn you that the garden is not fenced in. The village of Ireleth is quiet but very friendly and there are shops and take aways nearby in Askam. The space The bungalow is set up to ensure everything is easy to find and use. We have been described as "a home from home". There is a manual in the living room with all the information you will need. We keep a well-stocked pantry to get you started with cooking. There is plenty of space for parking and a for your kids and dogs to play in. We must warn you that the garden is not fenced in. We hope you enjoy sitting outside at the big table and watching the sunsets. Guest access You have full use of the bungalow and the garden. We store our items in the shed and the garage so these are kept locked. The garage is taken over by families of swallows in the summer so just sit outside and watch them swoop by. Other things to note There are lots of events coming up in Ulverston this summer and autumn.
