This newly built flat offers all amenities for a great stay in Vienna. It is quiet and located in beautiful Kaisermühlen, which is part of the 22nd district and surrounded by water (Danube). It's right next to the UNO as well as the Vienna International Center (Around 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by bus). Only 5 walking minutes away, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. The city center (and St. Stephen’s cathedral) can be reached easily by public transport within 15 minutes. Other things to note Due to changes of the legal situation, the flat is rented for non-touristic reasons only. Please let me know the reason of your visit in your request. An approval will be required as well. An exception comes into effect for stays longer than 30 days.
