Spacious (165 m2) wooden monumental house in a green environment. With its own parking space and a large garden. In the garden is a retro caravan and a unit with shower, toilet and sauna. On the river Vecht, 15 minutes by bike from the center of Utrecht, next to Fort aan de Klop. Zuylen Castle is within walking distance (20 min). Amsterdam 35 minutes. There are several cycling routes in the area. You can rent a boat and navigate on the river Vecht or through the canals of Utrecht. The space Downstairs: living-room with wood stove, open luxury kitchen (65 m2), floor heating and toilet, a workspace and a spacious utility room with washer and dryer. Upstairs: two bedrooms (each ± 22 m2). One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed and sofa bed (2 children or 1 adult) and one single bed which can be placed in one of the rooms. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bathtub. Outside a big green garden with a nice lounge set, trampoline and private parking. Guest access You can use all facilities.
