Ocean Village- Near BEACH on Hutchinson Island

This recently updated and painted first floor condo with huge patio facing ocean on the golf course and near the new Pickleball courts is only a 4 minute walk to the ocean, on-site restaurant with two bars, resort-style pool and tiki bar. There are 4 heated pools, 7 Pickleball courts, golf course, beach, tennis courts, bocce ball, gym, and on-site restaurant/bar in a quiet gated community with 24 hr. security. (Min. 7 nights and MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH.) The space We have an open one bedroom one bath condo on the first floor with fabulous views of the golf course in a central location within 4 minutes walking distance to the beach and tiki bar. The patio is large, with an outdoor table and chairs and an umbrella for shade. You will also find high speed Internet, a completely stocked linen closet, and all the beach supplies you will need stored in the closet. There’s a comfy mattress topper on the king bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart blender, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a granite countertop. Parking is free and there’s 24 hr. a day security. Guest access Once you wear your bracelet, you have access to all the amenities in the community! We have a lockbox and will provide you with the code so you can enter on your own. Other things to note We have everything that you will need to make fabulous memories with your family and friends and have fun in the sun! You just put on your Ocean Village bracelet and you have access to all of the amenities. Whether you would like to prepare a meal in our fully equipped kitchen or eat out at an island restaurant, you will not need to leave the premises. You can prepare a picnic to take to the beach or to one of the four pools after you have enjoyed a nice morning playing tennis, Pickleball, or golf. (Outside food is not allowed at the tiki pool.) You will also feel safe and secure with our 24 hour security gate. Come taste a piece of peaceful paradise! (One week minimum rental and 1 month rentals in January February, and March.)
