The bedroom features a queen size bed with a large window for natural light. Walking distance to bus stop, restaurants, 7eleven, and starbucks. The Clarksburg Premium Outlets Mall is 10 minutes away, 12 minutes drive to Shady Grove metro station (red line to DC). No visitor after 10pm No parties !!! Single occupancy is preferred, but please talk to the host concerning the possibility of a maximum double occupancy. Parking permit will be provided for your stay and you can park anywhere in the area as long as there is no reserved sign on the lot. Please do not forget to return your parking permit or key otherwise I will deduct $50 to replace parking permit or $25 for lost key from guests credit card.
