Townhouse with 3 levels and the room is on the first level. Guest have the option to use backdoor for entry/exit if desired. No kitchen access but the room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. We are located just 0.5 miles to I-270 highway, walking distance to bus stop, starbucks and shopping center. Minutes away from Kaiser permanente, Medlmmune, Astra Zeneca, Novavax, Costco, Sam's club, Holy cross hospital, MC Long term rentals welcome, discounts apply! The space You will access the property from the front door The access code will be sent to you separately The room key will be at the door No kitchen but the room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, 50" smart TV, netflix, utensil, desk, full closet, towels, space heater, extra AC and wifi. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a large window for natural light. Walking distance to bus stop, restaurants, 7eleven, and starbucks. The Clarksburg Premium Outlets Mall is 10 minutes away, 12 minutes drive to Shady Grove metro station (red line to DC). DC is 35 minutes away Self Check In/Out Guest access Backyard Share washer and dryer with the owner. No access to second and third floor. No pet No drugs No unregister guest or surprise visitor please. No visitor after 10pm No parties !!! Single occupancy is preferred, but please talk to the host concerning the possibility of a maximum double occupancy. Other things to note No smoking in the house. But you can smoke on patio. No visitor after 10pm The owner live upstairs and have young kids. You will hear "normal" amount of hustle and bustle in the mornings and evenings. We have camera at the front door facing outside the house and at the back of the house Access information will be provided once a reservation is completed. Parking permit will be provided for your stay and you can park anywhere in the area as long as there is no reserved sign on the lot. Please do not forget to return your parking permit or key otherwise I will deduct $50 to replace parking permit or $25 for lost key from guests credit card.
