Welcome to our pristine, bright and comfortable townhouse on Legacy Golf Course hole 8, minutes to Shattuck-St. Mary's, Minnesota Academies for the Deaf and the Blind campuses and a 15-minute drive to St. Olaf and Carleton Colleges. Enjoy 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms each with a 60" smart TV, 2 dining areas, 3 spacious, bright bedrooms with high quality queen beds, a 3 full bathrooms (1 with jet bath- shower). Watch golfers from the walk-out patio or the all-season screened porch! The townhouse is very comfortable and well-appointed with all new furniture and furnishings. There is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door of the house. Guests will need a car or a taxi. However, if you like to walk, the Shattuck-St. Mary's campus and the Legacy Golf Course Clubhouse are about a 10-minute walk, and the River Bend Nature Center is about a 25-minute walk. Guests may use the townhouse attached garage, which is helpful during a Minnesota winter! I am available for whatever help you might need. The home is located on the northeast side of Faribault on quiet street with golf course to the rear of the townhouse and nature reserve acreage across the street. The neighborhood consists of single family homes and townhouses and quiet and pleasant residential streets. The neighborhood is next to the Shattuck-St. Mary's campus and the Legacy Golf Course. It is a 10 minute walk to Shattuck-St. Mary's campus, a 15 minute walk to the Minnesota Academies for the Deaf and the Blind and a 20+ minute walk to downtown Faribault restaurants, and the River Bend Nature Center. There is a paved walking trail within a 5-10 minute walk to the south of the home that runs along the Straight River. A car is needed for shopping; however, downtown Faribault and restaurants along the river are near enough to walk to, if you like walking. Parking is onsite and guests can use the attached garage, which is wonderful in a Minnesota winter. Please see the Guest Manual.
