Private spa, between menhirs and Brocéliande

Relaxing accommodation for 2 people on the Breton moor, 1/2 hour south of Rennes. Bellevue-Coëtquidan is located between the megaliths of the Pierres Droites and the Brocéliande forest. You will stay in a beautiful apartment on the ground floor, spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, with a SPA (reserved for you only) accessible at any time without leaving the apartment. The SPA is available from the day of your arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. The space A haven of peace. You won't be around any other guests as only one apartment is offered. An entire wing is reserved for this large, totally independent accommodation, well equipped for a couple, including kitchen/dining room, living room with desk and Wi-Fi (teleworking possible), bar area, bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with spacious shower, and above all... A room specially dedicated to the SPA, large, heated, whirlpool and hydro jets. Arranged as for a getaway in Andalusia, its tranquility has many advantages: access without leaving the apartment and a pleasant SPA 24 hours a day whatever the whims of the weather. The configuration is particularly appreciable in winter because the condensation is abundant when the temperature difference with the outside approaches 40°. The water is changed with each rental, the towels are hot. As bathrobes are personal clothing, we do not provide them. Built-in Bluetooth music (bring your favorite playlist). From your windows, view of the garden with its aviary populated by parakeets (they don't sing at night!) and a green horizon 10 km away. This island of greenery is at your disposal (adult swings and barbecue, dining area in summer). Guest access The key will be given to you when you are welcomed between 4pm and 8pm. After 8pm it is deposited in a secure box. Access is quick and easy from the Rennes/Lorient expressway 1 km away. Parking is easy and free without time restrictions. Spaces are always available on the street closest to the property, in front or behind. Our garage can accommodate 2 motorcycles. Please do not occupy the private parking lots of neighboring establishments. Bellevue (the entrance to the Military Academy of Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan) is a very small, very quiet town: only one street that houses local shops, and a catering offer ranging from the creperie, kebab or pizzeria to restaurants, everything is a 5-minute walk. On Saturday most of the restaurants on the street are closed but very good places are available 3 km away. Other things to note Reservations: A minimum of 5 hours is required to clean the hot tub, renew and heat the water. Booking at least the day before is therefore imperative. A shorter period is sometimes accepted (exceptionally). You can book this option* (€40 for 2, to be paid upon arrival): welcome with cocktail of fruit juice and macaroons, cava (the champagne of the Spanish) Anna de Codorníu* to be enjoyed preferably in the SPA. Breakfast for 2 is included in this option, in the form of a fresh croissant basket dropped off in the morning at your door (so as not to disturb you). You will find Tassimo pods in the bar area, orange juice, homemade jams, milk, butter and yogurts in the fridge. Please note that without this option, breakfast is not provided (but possible by you) and that we love animals but do not accept them in the apartment (out of respect for allergic travelers and for the leather sofa). *With 24 hours' notice via AirBnb, or 6 hours via text or phone call.
