Newly renovated house (end of works June 2021) 10 min from the beaches of Saint-Cast, 2 min from the shops of Matignon (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping center), 15 minutes from Cap Fréhel and Fort la Latte (by car). This semi-detached stone house, keeping all its privacy, is located in a quiet and green hamlet. The south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Looking forward to welcoming you. The space On the ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, living room and living room, toilet with washing machine. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. On the 2nd floor: 1 double bed (160 x 200) and 2 removable single beds. We can provide bed linen on request and free of charge. The installation of the sheets will be at your expense. Fiber internet and Wi-Fi 6 box. Check-ins start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m. This is the time needed to clean and disinfect the house between each rental.
