"La campagne d'Alice" Gîte

Forget your worries with this spacious and serene accommodation in a green setting. The space This 100 m2 independent house is composed of a large living space (with a fireplace), a kitchen (with a piston coffee maker and a Senseo), 2 bedrooms with beds of 160 x 200, a bathroom with walk-in shower (sheets and towels are provided), a relaxation room with its reading area and a Jacuzzi area (indoors with a door that can open onto the garden to enjoy nature when the weather allows😉). Also at your disposal is a large wooded plot with a trampoline (disassembled during the winter period), Chilean chairs and a terrace with the possibility of eating outdoors. And Christmas atmosphere in December 🎅! Guest access Our cottage is located on the Rennes-Angers axis, 30 minutes from Rennes and 1 hour from Angers, very close to an exit so very easy to access. Other things to note If you like hiking and/or mountain biking, there are hiking trails close to the gîte as well as in the forest located a few strides away (maps are available in the living room). A new bike route between Mont-Saint-Michel and Nantes was created in 2024, it is the Régalante! Our gîte is located on the Régalante path in Eancé between Chelun and Martigné-Ferchaud. We have a shelter for your bikes🚲 🚲. Ideas for walks: The tour of the Martigné-Ferchaud pond to do on foot or by bike located 5 minutes from the gîte. The site of the Roche aux Fées, the largest dolmen in France, is located in Essé, 20 minutes from the gîte. La Guerche de Bretagne and Châteaubriant 15 minutes away and Vitré 40 minutes from the gîte by car. The Château des Pères in Piré-Chancé, in the heart of a 31 ha Sculpture Park, is 25 minutes from the gîte. A place of art and history, the Château is developed around projects linking art, crafts, gastronomy and culture. Leisure center with supervised beach in summer at the Saint Aubin de Pouancé pond, children's playground, kayak and pedal boat rental. The leisure center of the Rincerie in La Selle Craonnaise offers a beach, a wake park, a golf swing... The Blue Mine is an industrial tourist site in Anjou, located in the municipality of Noyant-la-Gravoyère, in Maine-et-Loire. The site is located on the former Gatelière slate quarry.
