Ideally located within 7 mintues distance to the Principality Stadium and city centre in a quiet residential area so you can relax and get a good night's sleep in a clean and comfy house. Perfect for events at City Centre, The Principality Stadium, Cardiff City FC, The Tramshed, Cardiff Bay and for sightseeing. Also, close to the water taxi for Cardiff Bay. The space 1 king size bed 1 double bed 1 single bed Sofa downstairs One bedroom with wardrobe, TV, hairdryer and wifi . It overlooks our enclosed garden. I keep the house clean and tidy and always provide lovely fresh clean sheets and fluffy towels for your stay. Maximum 5 guests. Guest access I want my guests to feel as welcome as possible and guests can use the kitchen to make tea or coffees. I will leave porridge, milk and some bread for self-breakfast. Dining area, living room space and the garden can also be used by guests. Have a guest parking permit which can be used by guests on request. Other things to note Please respect the neighbours and my home as this is my living space as well 🙂. There are some spaces are filled with my belongings such as wardrobe, fridge… because it’s my living home as I mentioned thank you 😊 🙏
