When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept groups. parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22.00H - 09.00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €999,00. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. The use of our heated jacuzzi function has to be requested at least three days before your arrival and an additional fee of €225,00 per week is applicable. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
