Upstairs is the 35m2 master bedroom with a large bathroom and dressing room, a large terrace with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean. On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped open kitchen, in connection with the combined living and dining room. The living room has a large glass area to the terrace. We will also find 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a reading bathroom with shower. The house is tastefully furnished in a modern style. The terrace is furnished with a living room set and dining table for 6 people, as well as a Weber gas grill. The penthouse has fully integrated hot and cold air conditioning and fiber/Wifi internet. There are 2 private parking spaces for the home in the community garage. Important reminder: Gas or charcoal for the barbecue is at the expense of the customers. We don't provide anything for the barbecue. Guest access This beautiful community has the outdoor pool, indoor pool and fitness area as common areas.
