The villa is located in the heart of Hjerting, the scenic part of Esbjerg municipality. The area is known as the Wadden Sea National Park, and has the most beautiful nature that can be experienced on foot or via the many mountain bike routes. In the immediate area, the villa is 150 m from the MENY store, 400 m from the beach, 2 km from the forest area Marbæk Plantage and Hjerting's famous bathing hotel is a few minutes walk from here. Within driving distance are Esbjerg C, Fanø, Blåvand, Ribe, Tirpitz, LEGOland, LEGOhouse, etc. @steeringvilla_heart The space The villa is situated high in the landscape, and from the 1st floor you have a view over Ho Bay and Fanø. During your visit, both the ground floor and the 1st floor are at your disposal. You can also enjoy the garden, as well as the terraces and the balcony. On the ground floor you will find the main entrance, the entrance hall, bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, as well as a large living/dining/play area in one. From the ground floor you have a nice view over the garden, as well as direct access to the elevated terrace. On the 1st floor, you will find three bedrooms, as well as a living room with direct access to the balcony and sea views. On warm nights, you can leave the large double glass door to the balcony open, so it almost feels like sleeping outdoors. In the garden you will find nooks, small paths and a sandbox for the little ones. You can light up the fire pit or just enjoy the sun on the terrace. There is a trail system for walking and cycling, as well as bus routes to Esbjerg C. Other things to note The villa is on several levels, and it is therefore important to be aware that there are stairs in several places.
