This 6BR/6BA mansion (1 bedroom is semiprivate) some with a private swimming pool, indoor hot tub, basketball court, huge BBQ, outdoor serving counter, and sitting area all meticulously designed and furnished for guests to enjoy a luxury retreat at the heart of Encino Hills. The outdoor tub is NOT HEATED and is only meant to be used as a baja. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Only the small shed on the corner of the backyard is reserved for the host as he might pay occasional visits through the side yard door to access the shed. The huge 6BR/6BA house along with the backyard, BBQ and sitting area, basketball court, swimming pool, and the outdoor Baja is reserved primarily for guests' use. The host does not reside at the property but reserves the right to visit the guesthouse in the corner of the back yard commuting through the separate side entrance. Guests will be given full privacy within the premises of the advertised house. The host can make himself available upon need. The outdoor tub is NOT HEATED and is only meant to be used as a baja.
