Charming cottage with relaxing vineyard views

Come and relax in this fully renovated and stylish cottage. Placed in the middle of vineyards, wineries and orchards, this Grapevine Getaway is truly an oasis to enjoy! We have 4 beautiful lakes with great beaches all within a 15 minute drive. 2 Golf courses, great restaurants and Area 27 all approx a 10 minute drive away. The space This cottage is a relaxing oasis! Sit on the scenic and quiet patio and listen to the water flowing into the pond. Very private and quaint. Fully renovated living space in the cottage that is very comfortable and clean! The mattress is a king sized Endy bed. Open concept living space with a studio style bedroom. Indoor privacy screen available if needed. Shared backyard space but there is over an acre of yard so lots of room. Guest access The cottage and patio are your personal space. The backyard is a shared space with our family of 6 and also a farmer that needs to tend to his ground crops in the summer/fall time. There is enough space to share though. Parking is at the end of the gravel driveway. Please stay close to the cottage or the back field. The area closer to the house is our personal space. Other things to note We have 2 fenced areas. There is a field in the back yard, if you want to use it you can for recreation. We have one acre planted in ground crops. Please respect the farmer who grows them and don’t touch the crops. You might see pickers/farmers come and tend to the field. We have some chickens in the back field, you might see us tending to them every now and then.
