Zoo, "S" restaurant, beach island, water sports 2 km from the cottage

Gite with large enclosed vegetated land 2 km from the ZOO, 10 min walk from the city center, 12 restaurants and nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley castles. Cool house in summer, original and old, renovated with petanque court, parking, terrace with barbecue. The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m + 2 bunk beds for one person and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are extra. Check-in with key box or I'll come open for you The space Gîte 2.5 km from Beauval Park, 7-minute walk from downtown Saint Aignan, numerous restaurants, shops and the nautical base, while being in the middle of the Loire Valley castles. Guest access House and land are entirely for guests during their stay! Other things to note If you come to our beautiful region for several days, you have the opportunity to visit different castles because we are in the heart of the castles of the Loire Valley (Chenonceau, Valancay, Cheverny, Blois, Amboise...). We are also 60 km from Tours (called Little Paris). The highway entrance to get there is 6 minutes from the cottage. An hour's drive away, you can also visit Center Parcs or the Futuroscope. Our region is hilly and very pleasant for walking and its highlight is the Beauval Park which is 2 km from the cottage :) For arrivals, two solutions: lockbox or I come to open it for you, it's up to you :-) That's it, all you have to do is come and rest with us (large enclosed vegetated field, very quiet, birdsong, squirrel games, petanque court, terrace, barbecue and closed parking).
