Comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in our 1000 square foot, 1 bedroom 1.5 bath basement suite. Private, fresh and cozy. Welcome! Stay in our 1 bedroom basement suite with Private, coded Entry door. Located central to everything Russellville has to offer. 20 minutes to incredible Mount Nebo bike trails, 5 minutes to Lake Dardanelle State Park. Bunny Burrow is cozy, modern and private and accommodates up to 8 guests. Bunny Burrow has 1 bedroom and a living room suite. Complete with a half bath for convenient access to water, teeth brushing and quick bathroom breaks. With 3 main beds; Sleep on our Ultra comfortable handmade king size latex bed. The double and twin beds have High quality, memory foam mattresses. In addition, There's a twin bed in a large closet in the main living room and a Twin floor mattress plus the couch to accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a microwave, full size refrigerator and 2 burner hot plate for Light cooking. Toaster and pour over Coffee maker complete with gourmet coffee amenities are provided. *There's no kitchen sink. Guests retrieve water from the bathroom a few steps away or drinking water from the Brita filter in the refrigerator. This is a small efficiency style kitchenette type area. A little bigger than what's offered in a hotel or motel. With a few more meal prep options. Guests must wash dishes in the laundry room sink. There's a bus tub and dish rack provided to carry dishes upstairs for washing. The half bathroom located in the basement has an up flush system and an emacerating toilet. So there's a pump that kicks on briefly when the tank is full to push water up and out. In traditional Euro BnB fashion... *The full bathroom is located directly up a flight of stairs then across the hall. It is exclusively for Bunny Burrow guests as well. Right next to this bathroom is a shared laundry room which guests may use. Guests will enter our home with keyless coded entry on a garage door entrance and pass through the garage to Bunny Burrow. Guests are welcome to use the side yard and/or picnic area in the front of our home. Just ask if you need help getting set up! We have a charcoal grill and picnic supplies for your use. Parking is located in a big circular driveway at the front of our home. No pets of any kind are allowed in this space. Our budget friendly nightly rate reflects a stay for up to 2 guests. Each additional guest adds $25 per night. Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party when booking. Guests will check themselves in with keyless coded entry. We do our best to give guests their privacy. However Some areas are SHARED including laundry room and guest entry way through our garage so it is possible we will meet and greet you at some point. We usually don't interact with guests unless there's an issue or you would like to meet us. It's more likely we would see you and say hi in the driveway or outside in the yard. We live in Russellvilles beautiful West End. Known for being quiet and safe. Our neighborhood boasts old growth trees, bike paths, quiet streets and wildlife. In our neighborhood... We are about a mile from Hickory Hollow disc golf park. A half mile to a fun mountain bike "pump track" that's part of Russellville Connected Trail Systems. Less than a mile to Walmart Neighborhood Market. Very close to Downtown Russellville and all it has to offer. New! Pine Knob Mountain bike/hiking park 2.5 miles from our home. Located on Russellville Connected Trail System A 5 minute drive to Bona Dea Trails and less than 10 minutes to Lake Dardanelle State Park. Visit Mt Nebo 20 min, Petite Jean State Park about 50 min & Mt Magazine about 1 hour from our location as well. A car or motorcycle is the best way to get around. Explore our town by bike! We live just a hop and a jump from Russellville Connected Trail Systems. Bunny Burrow is located in our basement. Directly below the main living areas of our home. We have taken steps to insulate noise and previous guests have described it as super private and very quiet. We do however have a preschooler and complete silence is not guaranteed during daytime hours. The central heating and cooling system is for the entire house. The thermostat control is located in our dining room. There's a geo thermal effect because of the underground space. Temperature is simply adjusted by manually turning the wheel on the 2 grates located in the ceiling. Close for less Air. Open for More. There is another very small Short term rental located in our home called Primrose Garden Cottage. It is attached to the garage which is your entrance. You may hear other guests who occupy this common space as you come and go. We ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering Bunny Burrow. Mountain Bikers! You are welcome to secure your bikes in our garage during your stay. Please, do not bring Pets of any kind with you while staying in Bunny Burrow. This keeps our space available for individuals with pet allergies. The entire Suite has white carpet and is not condusive to easy dog walking. **Service and emotional support animals are NOT permitted in Bunny Burrow. Some areas of this space are shared with us in our primary home and our daughter has a pet hair and dander allergy.
