Roomy open concept living area with 3 bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen size bed and one set of full size bunk beds in third room) and 2 baths. Dog friendly. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling. The space Enjoy the whole house to yourself! Amethyst House offers a Smart TV in the living area (login to your favorite TV apps), free wifi for guests. Bedside lamps with USB ports to keep your phones, watches and other devices charged for the next day. Washer and dryer-detergent and dryer sheets provided. Dishwasher-detergent provided. Other things to note PETS AND EXTRA GUESTS: We're dog friendly and we welcome your fur babies 🐕 (2 dogs max per stay - No large, high shedding or aggressive breeds allowed and absolutely NO CATS!!) Please remember this is a home, not a hotel or kennel. We have guests arriving after you check out so please help clean up after your pets, fur and yard waste (baggies are available by the back door). Please keep them off the furniture and bedding and please close the doors to rooms that aren't being used. Also, there is a vacuum stored in the closet in the game room for additional cleaning if needed. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by your pet. -Extra guest fee - The base price is for 2 guests (1bed). Additional guests and beds are $25 per guest, per night. This base price is set so we can advertise and fairly price our home for smaller groups and solo travelers.
