Our 3 bedroom, plus a kid bunk area rental is on the upper two floors of our home which also includes a separate, private garden apartment. This rental is best suited for up to 3 couples and then additional children about 10 years and younger. The garden apartment is not a part of this rental, but it should be noted that our family may or may not be staying during one’s rental. Guest access Guest have access to the upper two floors and a shared laundry area located in the basement. Guest can use the yard, the driveway off the front door entrance and the front deck including grill. Off limits is the parking area associated with the garden apartment. Other things to note Please note, this is our home and not a party or event house. It is best suited for up to 6 adults sharing king size beds and up to 6 children in bunks and/ in addition toddler/ babies in appropriate and provided pack and plays/ cots, etc. if the makeup of your party exceeds this, our home which is on a septic system and has a limit to it’s capacity, is not a good fit for you. Adult guest will not be permitted to bring their own air mattresses or be able to plan to sleep on sofas at night. It is also strongly advised that guest don’t plan to sleep on bunk beds as they aren’t weighted for adults. Our home is on a quiet, woodsy dirt road in a family oriented home owners association. While the neighborhood is very wooded, homes are relatively close to one another and NOT isolated. Be mindful and respectful in terms of noise of others who are here to unwind. Relaxation is just steps away at the private beach or feel free to unwind indoors in one of three living rooms or outside on the deck or large grass yard! If you need a little taste of town, Center Harbor and Meredith are 15-20 minutes drive away!
