It has a private courtyard garden with a charming vintage summerhouse and quirky interior for relaxing and enjoying a drink…. Fresh herbs for cooking from the herb tubs in season, fresh mint, sage, rosemary and chives etc ….. Patio table & chairs Relaxing open plan living/kitchen space. Smart TV and WIFI. Rural views over fields. In the spacious bedroom there is a comfy super-king size bed (6ft wide) USB charging units next to bed. Small table & chair under the window. Luggage racks and large mirrored wardrobes for your bags. The well equipped kitchen has electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, Smeg toaster & kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A selection of coffee pods and teas are provided. The bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rail with country views over the valley and fields. Towels and white waffle robes are provided for your comfort during your stay. There are lovely country walks on your doorstep, including trails through the woods and local vineyard. The river, a mile away is the source of fabulous walking, fishing, boating and paddle board opportunities. Either walk down hill to the river or drive and park in wateringbury station car park. Teston country park is 1.7 miles, for river bank walks, good views of the medieval bridge or watch the boats go through at Teston Lock. Great base to explore Kent’s historic houses, castles, villages and gardens. Guest access There is a designated guest parking space on our large drive. Other things to note There is an internal door leading from the apartment to the owners accommodation which is kept securely locked and bolted from both sides to ensure everyone’s total security and privacy. This apartment is a totally private space. This is a great space for couples, or single independent travellers. We are not suitable for pets, children or infants. No smoking.
