The farm has 3 suites that accommodate a maximum of 13 people. Living room with sofa, 42” television (open channels) Dining room, indoor kitchen with refrigerator, brewer, microwave, utensils, pots, baking sheets, blender, thermos. Balcony with barbecue, industrial stove, refrigerator, large wooden table. 5 plastic table sets and 4 sun loungers. Large swimming pool and hot tub for 6 people with solar heater (does not heat up in cloudy weather). *hot tub jets are disabled* The space The farm is perfect for families or small groups of friends. The barbecue is very close to the pool, which makes it easy for everyone to interact. *loud music is not allowed* Guest access Guests have access to all areas. Other things to note - All the neighbors of the farm are residents, which requires care with the volume of the sound, especially after 10 p.m. - Air conditioners must remain off when there is no one in the rooms. - The hydro jets must remain off when no one is using them. Do not leave it running for more than two hours in a row to avoid overheating the motor.
