No garage access. Other things to note There are a couple of steps between the rooms in the house which clearly marked. No garage access. We store cleaning supplies, household supplies, pool supplies, yard maintenance equipments in the garage to keep the house clutter free for you. We do not provide firewood. We are unable to refill the grill gas tank, however we’ll reimburse you for the exchange gas tank after submitting the receipt. Guests will obligate to sign a pool waiver form. Fury guests: Prior approval required. - House trained dogs and cats only. - Allow up to 2 pets maximum 50 lbs each for an additional $100 per reservation. - Must be fully house trained. - Must be completely cleaned up after. - Leashed at all time when outside fence area. - Dogs need to be crated and stay in the enclosed patio when not supervised. - No pets on indoor beds and furnitures.
