The fully renovated guest house is ideal for a relaxing break, a nature stay, hiking, skiing, a stop on the road or a business trip. Here, we come for the silence, authenticity and proximity to the great outdoors, while remaining 5 km from amenities. The space I offer two cozy, fully renovated bedrooms in my residential house. • A double bedroom equipped with a 160 cm premium bed, with a small private shower room and 43-inch flat-screen HD TV with NETFLIX access. • An additional single room, which can accommodate a third person, with a small desk area, ideal for a business stay or a comfortable stopover. Other things to note - Continental breakfast: €8/person, from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (served in the owner's kitchen) - Check-in starts at 5:30 p.m. - The house does not make guests' table (except in exceptional cases). The kitchen is reserved for breakfast only. The kitchen is not freely accessible. However, if necessary, one-off access may be granted to heat a dish or use a corner of the table, in order to avoid eating in the room (where meals are not allowed). Nearby restaurants. - No pets allowed. Dogs are already present on the property, ensuring in particular a guarding and security role.
