Enjoy a private 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen, private patio, close to downtown Wooster, 1.5 mi from OARDC/Secrest Arboretum, 3.5 mi to College of Wooster, 1 hr drive to CLE airport. Enjoy the heart of Amish Country while saving money being 30 min away from the tourist hub! Family lives on-site (above the airbnb) so some dog and kid noise expected. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Apt is self-check in. The space Quiet country like neighborhood but also family and dog friendly, on 1 acre. You will walk through grass and use steps without railing. The private entrance opens into the living space with a smart TV, and room for 3-4 to sit. The kitchen is a full size, with all the necessary cooking supplies. The bath is spacious with a shower, no tub, shampoo, body wash, and other toiletries. The bedroom is furnished with a clothing rack and queen bed. Air mattress or pack n play available on request. We do allow pets, make sure to add them to your reservation, and see rules. Guest access Private apt includes: patio, bed, bath and full kitchen, sitting area. Shared space: excersise room and laundry space. Entire apt is in the basement of our home. Other things to note We accommodate self check-in and check-out. You can now add flowers to be placed in the space before your arrival, providing 48 hr notice. Must be able to use stairs without a railing. Excersise equipment may be used at your own risk. We do not require you to do any specific cleaning before check-out, but we appreciate cleanliness. No animals on the bed for curtousey of other guests. In case of a power outage, we will need access to your space where the braker box is. We respect your privacy, but we will be available via the app.
