Also available is the “Bunk Room” with two sets of bunk beds (with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top) and a separate twin - comfortably sleeping 5. Another table seats 8, along with 6 at the kitchen bar - so much room! The basement has a comfortable family room + separate game room and rec room complete with a ping pong table. A main floor laundry and powered room is also conveniently located just steps from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with plate and silverware for at least 18, and all of the cooking utensils you’ll need. Drip coffee makers and Keurig machines are ready to go. A double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and two additional fridges can be found in the home. The garage has two additional refrigerator / freezers for additional food and beverage storage Guest access Parking is very generous! Easy to get to with many local shopping and eating options within 5-7 minutes. Doordash friendly. All door systems are electronic, requiring no keys! Other things to note There are several horses at the Bavaria Farm. Care takers enter and exit the barns twice a day to care for the horses. They do not access the house or park in front of it. Feel free to visit the horses but no petting or feeding! You may also see "Smokey" the cat running around. She has plenty of food and water and lives in and out of one of the heated barns!
