This serene newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath bungalow is sure to be your best stay of the year! The space There is so much to enjoy including a large deck overlooking the Brazos River that guests are allowed to fish, the sights and sounds of wildlife, a fully stocked kitchen and more. The best part is that you are still close to downtown Waco and can get to the Silos within 15 minutes. Can this really be true? Yes!!! Come enjoy! The queen bed is adjustable and very comfortable. Both beds have Malouf bedding and pillows. The lamps besides the beds have USB ports for charging your phone. We also have a Cornhole game set up and are adding washers and other outdoor games soon. Guest access We are located on the edge of Waco just a few minutes of downtown Waco and shopping. Other places of interest near our home are Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers. We are also only 20 minutes to BSR Cable Park. Other things to note The tv's available in the living and master bedroom are smart tv's with streaming apps available. We provide a Keurig Duo as well as creamer, sweeteners and pods. No cable or satellite. We have an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkey and a variety of Central Texas birds. Guest are responsible for bringing their own firewood. We pile up fallen limbs but cannot guarantee enough for your trip. Access to the river changes after heavy rains and drought. Must be 21 or older to book.
