Walk across the bridge to enter the property at the first floor and the first thing you'll say is wow! Stunning views across the Malltraeth estuary, Newborough forest and Snowdon beyond. Open plan living upstairs, with balcony, all soak up the sunshine and the views. Bedrooms are downstairs, with a lower decked area leading out to the play zone. A huge lawn, great for cricket, runs down to the waters edge, or go further for paddle boarding, kayaking, or a play in the river with the kids. The space Built in 2016 the house is very well insulated with little or no heating required. If its a mid winter cold snap, the UFH will keep you toasty. If that's not enough or you just want the effect, the log burner can kick out some serious heat, making it a perfect snug hideaway. Guest access The guests have access to all parts of the main house, excluding the odd storage/housekeeping cupboard. The guests have parking for a number of cars and use of the garden, super tramp trampoline and kids climbing frame at users own risk. Other things to note There’s plenty of kids toy in the sand pit and play area, buckets and spades to bats and balls, the mud cafe has it all.
