Karrebæksminde 10 year old summer cottage - panoramic sea view. 200 m to sandy beach 700 m to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fish restaurants, bakeries and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen there is heating/air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses. In the secluded garden there is a small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house. The space From the living room and terraces, there are great views of the water and the harbor entrance. Living room/kitchen facing south. Throughout the south side, there is a folding door, so the living room and wooden terrace "become one" On all terraces there is garden furniture. There is service, glasses, etc. for at least 6 people, so it is suitable for inviting guests when the weather is good for spending time on the terraces and garden :-) The kitchen is equipped with various items and a small freezer. Guest access The entire home and garden with barbecue are available. There are 2 adult bicycles. Other things to note There are duvets/pillows, but guests bring bed linen, as well as towels. Guests leave the house in the same cleaned condition as it was received. It is not possible to accommodate more than 4 people, even if there are 6 beds. Not handicapped accessible. During the period June 1 - Aug. 20, the minimum rental is 7 nights. Water and electricity are included in the price. It is not legal/possible to charge an electric car.
