Just let us know if you would like us to leave some wood! * Nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book. * Warm and bright full kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. * Plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, also paper goods, plasticware, and cups available. * Crock pot available. * Blender available. * Toaster available. * Coffee bar with a Kuerig as well as French Press coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners provided. * Lots of fun surprises and extras. * YEP! It's an old Maine house so the floors are a little slanty and wonky in places. Just let your suitcase on wheels show you in a couple of spots. Nothing to alarm though! Lots of free off street parking easily accessed in the back of the house. The driveway is just beyond the house and hugs the house as you drive to the back to park. Streets are easily navigated. Residential neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown Farmington and UMF. Schools are on either ends of the neighborhood so please be careful of children walking and buses. 45 minutes to Rangeley and Sugarloaf. Plenty of off-street parking behind the house. Easy in and out. Amenities and shopping (Convenience stores and restaurants and Hannaford and Food City - groceries and Walmart are close 5 minutes away.) Downtown Farmington is charming with lots of cute shops, a coffee shop, pubs, movie theater, and eateries. There is also a drive-in during the summer that shows new movies and also has many concerts throughout the warmer seasons. There are also many outdoor activities close by such as hiking, biking, golfing, swimming, driving, fishing, waterfalls, and more! Let us know if you have any special requests!
