(no cable) * Standup shower in the bathroom (36” wide). * Washer and dryer available with laundry detergent - included in house. * Sit and relax in the smaller Backyard with a fire pit. Just let us know if you would like us to leave some wood! * Nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book. * Warm and bright full kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. * Plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, also paper goods, plasticware, and cups available. * Crock pot available. * Blender available. * Toaster available. * Coffee bar with a Kuerig as well as French Press coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners provided. * Lots of fun surprises and extras. * YEP! It's an old Maine house so the floors are a little slanty and wonky in places. Just let your suitcase on wheels show you in a couple of spots. Nothing to alarm though! Guest access Lots of free off street parking easily accessed in the back of the house. The driveway is just beyond the house and hugs the house as you drive to the back to park. Streets are easily navigated. Great for biking and walking. Short walk to UMF and downtown Farmington. Other things to note Let us know if you have any special requests!
