Lovely Wirksworth, with parking and own bathroom.

My house is just a short stroll into the great little town of Wirksworth where so many things happen.... good pubs, Italian and French food, lanes to explore, 52 seater cinema, not to mention Farmers' markets and the famous Festival in September. Come and see! The space The double room is small but with use of your own shower room and toilet, good rates for single people (£30) as well. I will provide cereals and toast for a simple breakfast or you can get something more elaborate in town. Good coffee shops and cafes. There is the indoor space and outdoor space to enjoy as well. I'm happy to offer advice and suggestions if you need any help. Guest access The house has a kitchen with dining space, sitting room with another dining area and wood burning stove. You're welcome to make yourself at home. Outside sitting area to soak up the sun! Off road parking and cycle storage. Pets are a possibility so please ask! During your stay I'll be around during your stay so please just ask if there's anything I can help with. Other things to note The September Art and Architecture Festival is very busy and a good time to visit.
