The perfect house for those looking for a bit of quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. “Asahi” was originally a “Minka,” a traditional Japanese folk house, which we remodeled a few years ago. “Asahi” is one out of three houses on our property and as we rent “Asahi” in its entirety, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of your own privacy. The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests. The space The living room, kitchen equipped with basic kitchen cutlery and plates, bathroom with a washing machine, and toilet are all on the first floor. The bedroom is on the mezzanine which you can get to through a few flights of stairs. For those booking for five guests, a separate room on the first floor will be arranged (eg. 3 guests in the mezzanine, 2 guests on the first floor). For those who prefer to have a room on the first floor, that can be arranged as well. (Advance notification necessary) Guest access Please note that entry is prohibited to rooms marked "private." Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored indoors in the dirt floor of the annex opposite. Tools for simple maintenance are also provided.
