It is located on the second floor of the main building (there is no elevator) and consists of 1 air-conditioned double bedroom equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables and luggage rack; air-conditioned living area with a double sofa bed and a dining room with a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, double sink, bidet and toilet and finally there is a covered veranda for exclusive use furnished with an outdoor dining table and wicker armchairs.
