Enjoy an Elmwood Village stylish experience. Centrally-located at the heart of Elmwood Village and steps away from local boutique shops. Our first floor 2 Bedroom unit has a dedicated workspace (3rd bedroom), dining room, kitchen, living room, and additional alcove/den area. Fully equipped with an outdoor space, front porch with a BBQ, as shown in the cover photo, and also 1 parking space in the rear of the house. The space Our private Turn-of-the-Century turned Modern home offers a home away from home in an urban oasis setting. There is plenty of room for those needing accommodations for a medium size family (sleeps up to 4 comfortably, 6 with sofa) yet cozy enough for those traveling solo. The kitchen is fully equipped; appliances, cast iron pans, cookware, and a couple of extras to allow you to prepare full meals, reheat leftovers, and/or enjoy your DoorDash take out. Coffee, tea, filtered water, and ice available. All necessary toiletries are provided for your stay including just in case essentials you may have forgotten at home (Just Ask). The bathroom has the original claw foot tub to give it some charm! The dedicated office and apartment is powered with high-speed internet WiFi. There is plenty of seating throughout the place for gathering. The living room has a 55" Smart TV to login to your favorite streaming services or easily cast from your device. There are also a number of board games for those rainy days as well. The front porch provides extra space for hanging out, relaxing, and sips. The heat/central air in the apartment is controlled by the guests. With a separate entrance, the entire apartment is yours! Since this home was built in 1907, we have steam radiators heating and we do not have central air (Radiant heating). However, each bedroom will have a dedicated window A/C unit beginning May 1 for your comfort and plenty of portable fans for those who just like a breeze. The space is not 100% child proof, so if you're traveling with little one(s) please keep this in mind, we did our best to accommodate. However, there's not much for them to get into. We've tried to limit those smaller/breakable objects in the home. If there is anything else you need to make your stay more enjoyable, just ask. Go Bills! Go Sabres! Guest access Guests have their own private entrance and access to the entire 1st floor apartment as well as the front porch and 1 parking space in the rear of the house. Guests should use the front door at all times. The side door is for long term tenants only. Please respect their privacy as they respect yours. The driveway is only 7 feet wide, but most cars, minivans, and smaller SUV's can fit in the back. I wouldn't try to take a pickup truck back there. Street parking is free overnight from April-November. In the winter months, you cannot park on the street overnight after 2am. There is ample parking on the nearby streets if needed.
