Large farmhouse with private heated pool

Large, quiet vacation home on the Fayence plain, with swimming pool, 2 terraces, first-floor balcony and large garden with pétanque court. You'll enjoy the charm of Provence for vacations with family or friends (ideal if you come with 2 families). There's a study area in a downstairs bedroom, and you can also use an office upstairs. The space Ground floor: the house has 2 large bedrooms, the first with a king-size XL bed (200x200), the second with a king-size bed. The 2 beds can be separated to make independent sleeping arrangements (to be specified before your arrival). The large living room (45 m2) has a convertible sofa (with a real 140x190 mattress). All these rooms open directly onto the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is a utility room with large storage cupboards. You can choose to have your meals on the terrace by the barbecue or on the terrace by the pool. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large washbasin. We can provide a cot and high chair for babies. Upstairs: you'll find a large living room, with a sleeping area (180x200 bed), a study area, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a magnificent view. The entire house is air-conditioned. The swimming pool (8m x 3m) is heated from April to October (dates may vary according to the weather). It is entirely reserved for you. The house is set in 1900 m2 of wooded grounds, with a shaded pétanque court in summer. At your disposal: a badminton net and rackets; 1 ping pong table; 1 pétanque court, 4 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes, deckchairs for the pool. Small pets are welcome, provided they are clean and quiet. Please note, however, that the grounds are not fully fenced. We do not charge a cleaning fee; we expect the house to be in a normal state of cleanliness when you leave. We offer a cleaning package for 200 euros (to be requested on arrival at the latest). Guest access You have access to all the accommodation, with the swimming pool reserved exclusively for you. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the need for vigilance around the pool, and in particular the supervision of your young children. We remind you that the alarm alone is not enough. It is essential to ensure adult supervision, and never to leave a child alone near the pool. After booking or on arrival, we will ask you to sign a liability waiver.
