With light colors, furniture and adornments in the right measure without giving up comfort. This is our family vacation condominium, it is located in Guaratuba in the Coroados resort. When our family is not using it, we make the apartments available to other families. The space IT DOES NOT HAVE A SWIMMING POOL in a condominium: - holds 06 adults in the bedrooms, 02 children (up to 12 years old) on the sofa bed or on the living room floor with air mattress (not provided) of the guest; - bedroom n01, en-suite with 01 double bed, with AIR CONDITIONING - room n02, with 01 double bed; - room n03, with 02 single bed; - clothes rack, the wall closet model, in all rooms; - with ceiling fan in all rooms, (air conditioning only in the suite) the house is well ventilated with fresh natural breeze, from the sea or the mountains depending on the day. - 1 social bathroom upstairs; - 1 bathroom on the ground floor; - pantry; - kitchen; - individual barbecue (uncovered) in the back of the house and/or portable barbecue on the covered balcony at the entrance door; - frost-free duplex refrigerator; - Cooktop hob; - microwave oven; - Smart Tv; - Wifi; Parking - closed 1 car; - open 1 car; Total 2 cars Guest access Each Apartment has its own car space, with individual entrance to the vehicle.
