Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests and has been optimized for you to ensure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible. If a door is locked we ask that it remain that way. The only thing you may not do is park in the street due to the fact that you could get a ticket. Other things to note Welcome! Please note our House Rules: • 🚫 No parties, gatherings, or events. • 👥 Only registered guests are allowed. • 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors — $250 fee if violated. • 🔇 Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (please keep noise respectful at all times). • 📷 No commercial photography or filming. • ⏰ Check-in/out on time unless we’ve agreed otherwise. • 🛠️ Any damages will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement. Important: If these rules are violated, a $250 fine will be charged, the reservation may be canceled without refund, and the guest may be permanently banned from Airbnb.
