This apartment is truly a mountain view, you can see the flatirons from the couch or even while cooking :) Its a nice cozy & spacious place equipped with all amenities for a longer stay, & needles to stay near to great outdoor activities in Boulder area. Beautifully updated apartment with large eat-in kitchen island. Spacious open floor plan with stylish grey "wood" durable LVP flooring throughout. Put your feet up after a long day of exploring in the comfy living room. Snuggle into the plush couch with a book or stream your favorite series on the 46" Smart TV. Hang out at the breakfast bar, while the chef in the family cooks a meal. Eat-in bar with 4 stools & more formal dining set with two chairs and a bench. The bedroom comes complete with a firm memory foam queen bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a desk/workspace for the student or business traveler. The condominium complex has a lovely (seasonal May-Sept) pool. From the living room, you can look out and enjoy the mountains as an ever-changing backdrop. Very peaceful. Skiing/Snowboarding in Winter is also easily accessible. Eldora Mountain is only 24 miles away and there is a bus that leaves from Downtown every 1.5 hrs. Only after you depart. ☞ All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents ☞ Please use the pool at your own risk. ☞ Dogs are NOT allowed. This is a rule of the HOA. If you sneak in a dog of any size, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave the condo immediately. ☞ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels.
