A renovated non-smoking, no pet cottage is enhanced by skylights in the bedroom, dining area & bathroom. 2 night minimum stay (3 nights on holiday weekends) in North Fork's Wine Country. Local attractions: Splish Splash water park, MANY public GOLF courses, farm stands & WINERIES nearby. The Cooperage Inn, 1 mile away celebrates its 24th Fall Festival this year from Sept. 9-Oct. 29 & Oct. 9th w/LIVE MUSIC. Giorgio‘s Baiting Hollow, across the street & East Wind, both hosting wedding events. The space The newly decorated bedroom features a queen size bed and it’s own tv connected to cable and wi-fi. A spacious front yard has a screen house with a glass table top and seating for four to allow outdoor dining. A new mini-split AC/Heating unit provides indoor comfort for Spring, Summer and Autumn. Additionally, there's a large grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit, both powered by propane. The property fronts on Oakleigh Avenue and is 1/10 of a mile to the beach, generally a 5 minute walk. Not a good fit for children 2 – 12. I will only accept one infant at a time with two adults over 25 years of age in a supervisery capacity. Simply put, this allows for total of 3 people."
