Lavish living experience in a private 3 BHK luxury apartment having breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views of Shimla, Kufri, and Naldehra. Located amidst the peaceful residential neighbourhood of Mashobra, our home is a splendid escape. - 10 km away from the commercial craziness of Shimla - 8 hours drive Delhi /3 hours drive Chandigarh Only for peaceful family stays Please read the detailed description below. The space Our property is a beautiful luxury mountain home having a 180-degree panoramic view of gorgeous forest-covered valleys and the mighty Himalayan peaks (best views between September to February). ~Property Layout~ * The apartment measures 3000 Sq.ft. and comprises 3 Bedrooms (two bedrooms with attached / en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom with a bathroom common with the living room) * The Living room is lavish and aesthetically designed with comfortable sitting for 8-10 guests * A dining area with a seating of 8 dining tables is part of the living room * We also have a bar console and stools for a fun evening * A large balcony deck overlooking the gorgeous valley spreads across the living room and is fitted with outdoor furniture. * The property is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by an elevator * A fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area ~Amenities~ * Two 55-inch HD LED Smart TVs with DTH and streaming services like Netflix have been provided in two bedrooms * A smaller TV has been provided in the third bedroom. * A 100 MBPS Wi-Fi connection has been provided for workcations * A writing table and chair have been provided in the third bedroom * Fully Equipped Kitchen * The bar cabinet is locked with our glassware which is not for guest usage. The bar counter can be used by guests. * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts each) * Fans/air-conditioning are not required * Heaters/heat convectors have been provided in all rooms for usage in winter. * Electric Blankets will be provided in all rooms (in winter) * 100% Power backup is available through a common generator (for the building). The generator is switched on in case of a power outage for more than 15 minutes. It is not switched on instantly. * Fresh Linen will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day. * Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at a fixed time. * Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service * Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls. * Parking - Space for 2 cars in stilt parking ~Meals & Dining~ We have a meal package as below: * Rs. 300 per person for breakfast * Rs. 200 per person for Hi-tea * Rs. 600 per person for lunch * Rs. 800 per person for dinner * Rs. 100 per person extra for chicken, and Rs. 200 per person extra for mutton The food is prepared fresh, and all ingredients are bought fresh. Please let us know 1 day in advance that you desire meals, so that we can organize things. ~Add Ons~ * No meals are included in the price. * Extra Linen change is chargeable @ ₹500 per room including towels. * Electricity will be charged as per actual for booking more than 14 nights. * Barbecue apparatus with coal - ₹1000 per use Stay arrangements for a cook or a driver are not available at the property. We can help find accommodation within a 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability). Guest access Our guests are most welcome to enjoy all areas and facilities of the property. We can organize an open-air barbecue (on the balcony) at an extra cost (₹ 1000) for each time use. *Bonfire is not permitted. Other things to note The nearby stores selling basic groceries are located about 500m away. The market shuts down by 7:30 - 8:00 PM. *Water is scarce in the mountains. We request our guests not to waste water. Adequate water will be provided for your stay. If we observe a wastage of water, a water refill charge of ₹ 500 per day will be applicable.
