Large front and back porch to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktail. Gas grill in the backyard. Plenty of free parking on site; washer and dryer in home. There is a rugged walking path to the lake nearby. Take your fishing gear or just go for a hike. Cove Lake and Mount Magazine are right up the road for more family fun. The space Perfect home away from home. Living room, kitchen, and dining room are open and allow for a great flow of conversation and fun. There are games and puzzles in the kitchen cupboard and some toys in the bench in the dining room. There is a container of deer corn on the bar that you can sprinkle outside to entice the deer to come round. It’s lovely to watch them as you enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the deck. The kitchen is complete with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, blender, rice cooker, toaster, keurig, coffee maker, microwave, cutting boards. There is also vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, foil & cellophane. The living room, kitchen & dining room separate the two bedroom areas. The master bedroom and bath are on the west side of the home, giving you extra privacy and quiet. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and bathroom are on the east side of the house. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Each bedroom has an extra blanket and a portable fan in the closet. Each bedroom also has ceiling fans. We have a table and chairs on both the front and back porches for you to enjoy the outdoors. There is a gas grill out the back door. The gas is turned off at the propane tank. After use, please be sure to turn it off again. Also please be sure to clean the grates after using. There is a $25 fee if it’s not cleaned. Thank you. Guest access Our home is located on a wooded, quiet street of only 3 homes. Take a stroll down the street to the rugged path leading down to the lake. You can hike or fish and just enjoy the beauty of the area. Other things to note The area is an outdoorsman's (or woman's) dream with hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming, cycling, mountain biking, off-road riding, atvs, utvs. Come enjoy the beauty of this gorgeous area and soak up the quaint small town vibe of Paris. We are at the base of Mount Magazine. Also close by is the beautiful venue The Bam at Meadowbrook.
